In order to project India’s aspirations at the global stage, there has been a concerted effort to shore institutional capability and capacity. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to this end has been undergoing a major institutional overhaul to enable it to chart and define the future course of Indian diplomacy at the global stage.
